Welcome to the Streetfy Blog

Field notes on wholesale operations, buyer relationships, reorders, catalogs, and the work behind running a streetwear brand.

This is where Streetfy publishes the work behind the work.

Not trend reports written from ten thousand feet. Not another feed of generic ecommerce advice. This blog is about what actually happens between a product being ready and a buyer placing the next order.

What we will write about

Wholesale gets described like a clean funnel: show the line, take the order, ship the product, repeat. The day-to-day version is messier.

A buyer asks about black XL over text. A rep brings back a paper order from a show. A store replies to an old email thread with three shorthand product names. Inventory changed while everyone was talking. Pricing depends on the account. Someone still has to turn all of that into an exact order.

Those are the systems we care about:

  • Buyer conversations across email, messaging, phone, and in-person sales
  • Products, variants, wholesale pricing, and exact SKU resolution
  • First orders, reorders, and the context behind both
  • Line sheets, buyer pages, lookbooks, and launch work
  • The approvals that should stay with a person
  • The repetitive work that should not keep landing back on the founder

Built for brands with real operating mess

Streetwear and lifestyle brands rarely move on a neat seasonal calendar. Drops are irregular. Demand reacts to moments. A buyer may want a quick reorder on one color and one size while the next collection is already being prepared.

That cadence changes what useful software has to understand. It cannot only store a product and wait for someone to click through a workflow. It needs to preserve the buyer, the account, the conversation, the product language, and the decision that followed.

The order matters. The reason behind the order becomes the advantage.

What to expect here

Some posts will be operating guides. Some will break down a workflow that brands currently hold together with spreadsheets and memory. Others will explain how we think about autonomy, approvals, and building an AI employee that does not guess.

The standard is simple: make every post useful to someone running a brand, even if they never use Streetfy.

Start with our guide to organizing wholesale orders across email, text, and paper, then read the streetwear wholesale reorder workflow.

We are building in public. Stay close.
